Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a big king sized bed and modern bathroom. The hotel had a private sauna you could book for yourselves which I would definitely recommend. The location of the hotel was excellent- not far from the airport bus stop and within walking distance of Market Square, Old Town and tram lines to take you wherever else you might want to go. I very rarely write reviews, but we were so impressed with the quality of the service and amenities provided by the hotel, that I had to write one! Will definitely be back.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We requested a crib because we were traveling with our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and not only did we find a crib, but we also found toys, books, plates and utensils, a baby bathtub, and a bathrobe for babies. It was a great surprise, and the little one had a lot of fun. For us adults, the room was perfect—spacious, clean, with natural light, good design, and a perfect temperature both during the day and at night. The staff and the breakfast buffet were exceptional. And the location couldn't be better! Right in the center of the city!

The location was very close to all of the main squares and the tram to the train station. The room and beds were very warm and comfortable and we liked the addition of a fridge and safe. Sandra, the receptionist, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, informative, and so nice! The restaurant staff were also helpful. There is a bakery connected to the hotel that is a fantastic place to have a coffee/tea with excellent sandwiches and cakes. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Excellent!!!

It showed the extra effort the hotel staff put into making our stay memorable and tailored to our family’s needs. The room itself was clean and spacious. Their attention in creating such a delightful experience for our child truly left us with wonderful memories. Highly recommend this place for families!

Breakfast was very good as were the staff who were very attentive. The location couldn't be better. 5 minutes easy walk to the main square, 10 minutes walk to the airport bus, 5 minutes to tram stops. Communication with thd hotel was very good. Speedy responses.
